At ARQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
